Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: PIC was able to provide 2 pest reports 8/20/26 and 9/30/26. Both reports are stating catches and activity. The report gives recommendations and theses have been addressed. Noticed that the ceiling is a false ceiling. Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Please have the exterminator check the ceilings. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified. The establishment is on monthly visits now. Also door sweeps have been recently repaired but I noticed that day light is still coming through. On the front exterior provide more weather stripping and on the back door the bottom right hand side corner needs to ensure its tight to the frame. Ensure that all exterior doors are tightly secured the door sweeps are flush to the ground and no daylight is visible.
