Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Provide a clean pest control report to show no catches no voids no structure issues. Provide report prior to reinspection date for proper reivew. No activity noted. 2-4-26 PIC will need to do a deep cleaning of the location and have pest control come out as many times a weeks that it takes to provide you with a clean pest control report. Report should be free of catches repairs / voids and any structure issues. I found multiple dead roaches and one live roach. Please keep kitchen clean and dry.

Wiping Cloths Use Limitation (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to provide a wiping cloth bucket for wiping clothe to be stored in.

Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: As discussed on the phone please clean all the inplace equipment check under the in place equipment. Shelves in kitchen will need to be cleaned also. Bulk food containers will need to be cleaned.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean along the walls in the kitchen and remove any wiping cloths under equipment. Clean walls in kitchen cooking and prep areas. By doing this it will help with the issue you are having with roaches.
