Inspector note: Hard boiled eggs inside of the 2 door deli style cooler with an elevated temperature of 50F. PIC stated that the eggs had been cooked earlier in the morning and placed into the cooler. Discontinue and ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being cooled properly prior to being placed into the cooler for service.
