PIC Performing DutiescriticalInspector note: Management not properly ovserseeing in the general maintainence of equipment. Address and ensure all staff have been properly trained on how to assess equipment issues when they are present.

Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Upright 2 door freezer not operating properly. Foods inside of the unit were all between 32-40F. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a refrigeration unit that was operating below 41F. PIC is not to use freezer unless it is operating properly and maintaining foods solid. At the time of the visit manager was on the phone with a technician who was scheduled to be on site within an hour. It was also explained at the time of the inspection that the foods were not to be frozen again. Upright 2 door refrigerator with an elevated temperature of 49F. All dairy products in the unit were delivered aproximately 2 hours prior and maintaining temperaure. All dairy were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into an additional refrigerator that was at below 41F. The upright 2 door refrigerator is only to be used for whole produce and vegetables until repairs have been made.
