(The refrigerator was just filled in the morning and had been in the cooler for an hour the items that were below 45F were moved to another unit and the items over 45F were discarded)

Shell stock Maintaining Identification (Pf)Inspector note: The shellstock bags are split and the tag goes to tag storage container. The tag needs to stay with the product until it is emptied and if the bag is split a copy fo the tag needs to be made and kept with the product. Shellstock are being stored together in the walk-in. Store shellstock in a way that they can't commingle.

Handwashing Sinks-Location and Placement (Pf)Inspector note: The handsink in the patio area kitchen is located in the corner with the prep sink and refrigerator making it difficult to wash hands. Provide an accessible handwash sink in the area.
