  Inspector note: At the time of the inspection there were several loaves of frozen Furlani Garlic bread that were opened and had visible signs of what appears to be a mold like substance on them. Address. At the time of the inspection all loaves of frozen garlic bread were removed from the freezer and pulled from the sales floor. Invoices to be provided from the vendor and provided to the City of Boston Health Department for further review.
