  Inspector note: As discussed the wall in the basement bulk food storage area has a wall that you covered with a board. The wall is falling apart and its has mold on it along with the board. PIC will need to remove clean and properly seal this area and this could help you with any rodents. 2-1-24 At this time PIC has made a lot of repairs to the walls in the basement storage area. PIC will need some more time to address a wall and a beam the will need some work. PLease address this ASAP and let me know if repairs are done before re-inspection date.
