(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)Inspector note: 8-404.11 TSOP due to fire at location PIC will need to provide any and all permits needed to make repairs. Cleaning company will need to come in and do a cleaning of all product on retail shelves that are not a permeable package and provide paperwork from cleaning company. If a condemnation report is needed The Health Division will need to be on hand and a trash truck to remove. Please inform Health Division of any change to lay out of the location.
