    Inspector note: Hand sink between low temperature dishwasher and cooking line have the cold and hot handles backwards. Hand sink on other end on cooking line by prep area will need to be repaired. PIC stated that the prep sink and hand sink are both being moved down a few feet so cooking equipment can be organized and under new hood better.
