    Inspector note: 1-30-24 The filters have been cleaned but the holders and the top of the hood still need to be cleaned as discussed. PIC stated that the hood is due for a cleaned so she will have them come in and clean all of it at one time. 2-27-24 PIC stated that the hood will be cleaned this Sunday March 2nd. Please send me a picture of the new sticker and paperwork from cleaning company.

    Inspector note: The prep sink on the cooking line did not have a air gap. PIC will need to contacts a plumber and look into getting one installed. Please provide plumber report when you get one to me by email. 1-30-24 PIC is working with the owner of the build and a plumber to get the work done. She stated that it should be done in about a week. Please let me know if this is all done sooner.

    Inspector note: Location has a service sink (mop sink) in the kitchen. Please enclose the sink as discussed. 1-30-24 PIC is working on finding a contractor to be able to do the work. The mop sink is in a location with electrical and is going to need more time.
