  Inspector note: 500.006 B.4 There are chocolate milk shakes on the grocery shelves with a "best by date of June 2019". Remove outdated items from regular shelf and provide verification of safety of product after the best by date. There are naked juices on the shelf with no dates on the packages just a smudge of ink on one of the bottles where the date was most likely printed at one time. Remove items and provide information about the expiration dates of the products. (There were two bottles of chocolate milk and three containers of naked juice so the manager removed them)
