PHF's Properly ThawedInspector note: Frozen beef observed being defrosted at room temperature. Discontinue and ensure proper defrosting methods are in place.

Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Last deli style cooler on the cooking line with an elevated temperature of 55F. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature below 41F. Most of the foods inside of the unit were prepared from earlier in the day. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection. Gasket around the door of the las refrigeration unit on the cooking line damaged and torn. Replace.
