Inspector note: PIC will need to address leaking pipe in the basement. 7-13-23 Leaking pipe in the basement has been repaired but water is still building up for another pipe leaking. PIC will need to find the leak and repair. Also the hand sink across from the three bay sink is leaking. Have repaired. Toilet in restroom is not draining properly. Have repaired.
