One copy shall be given to the applicant and a paper or electronic copy shall be placed on file with the board of health.(B) Expiration and Renewal of Permit.(1) A permit shall expire no later than one year from the date issued.(2) An annual food establishment permit may be renewed by applying at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the permit on a form provided by the FC-regulatory authority. Inadequate Facilities/Cooling MethodsInspector note: Improper Cooling Methods: Establishment cooking whole beef briskets and tightly wrapping in plastic and stacking in a plastic container and placing in walkin cooler. Product is not cooling within the proper time perameters of from 135F to below 41F within 6 hours. Brisket in walkin cooler prepared one day prior was between 50F & 54F. Change methods in order to cool product properly. Product was voluntarily discarded by staff on site.
