Ensure that the dumpster are closed. PIC stated that the landlord is responsible for the trash. 1/16/24-Dumpsters were closed and empty. Excess trash unused items wood pallets are still piled up in back of the dumpster. Contact landlord and code enforcement to have all items removed.
