Food Labels (Pf)Inspector note: Self Packaging Beef Patties from Caribbean food delights Staff is cutting the patties open placing cheese and then wrapping in wax paper and set in a box to sell individually- Discontinue selling these without labels and heating instructions. 10 Patties were placed away from retail floor and a box of 50 . 58 patties were embargo to return to distributors. Replace with individually wrapped patties with proper labels. Discontinue handling beef patties. PIC provided an invoice without an address and a invalid invoice from wholesaler.
