Contact licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report. Recommend more frequent pest inspections. Clean and sanitize shelving to remove rodent droppings.

    Inspector note: Basement is filled with equipment shelving items. PIC stated that everything in the basement is from the previous owner. The basement needs to be clean organized and decluttered. Remove all unnessary items ensure all items are 6 inches off the floor. Sweep basement floor and stairs. Remove soda crates and provide proper storage. Remove crates and sweep up the grounds in the trash area. Observed soiled floors sweep and clean floors.
