Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Observed small dark rodent droppings behind ice machine in seafood area; pest control report from 8-10-2026 states there were small rodent droppings observed inside an access panel in front of deli and there are structural repairs suggested where the floor and walls meet in the produce prep area; clean and sanitize the area of droppings have your pest control operator perform a service prior to the reinspection and as many as required to provide a clean IPM style report showing no activity no evidence structural voids and repairs have been completed and sanitation in the establishment is acceptable. It is suggested to increase the visits of your pest control operator from the current two to three weekly visits currently being performed until the pest activity has been eliminated.
