Discontinue and ensure proper cooling methods are in place prior to being placed out for service. Sliced tomatoes inside of the first deli cooler at 50F. PIC stated that they had just recently been sliced. Disocntinue and ensure all TCS foods are properly cooled prior to being placed out for service.
