Conformance with Approved Procedures (Pf)Inspector note: At this time PIC did not follow the plan on making the rice. The rice tested at 4.6. PIC later provided paperwork for rice being tested at lab to be 3.57. PIC will need to address this and have a new batch of rice made at re-inspection. PIC did not have the letter from the fish providers available. Please provide.
