Inspector note: Common trash receptacle - what appears to be a thirty yard dunmpster in the rear of the hotel and directly beside businesses on Blackstone Street - is completely overloaded with loose trash and debris everywhere in this common lot area - this needs to be addressed immediately as rodent activity is already a ongoing issue in the area as well as Boston itself - might be beneficial to get your own receptacle / dumpster with tight fitting lids s and cleary label them in an attempt to reduce this trash concern - - It appears that no one is overseeing the issue - address accordingly as discussed
