    Inspector note: Cooked mashed potatoes being stored in teh lower shelf of the 4 drawer cooler with an elevated temperature of 54F. Discontiue and ensure all foods are being maintained at below 41F. Mashed potatoes had been prepared from the previous night and were voluntarily disposed of at the time of the inspection. All other foods inside of the unit were at beow 41F.
