    Inspector note: Dishwashing data plate placed low on unit in hard to reach/read area. Provide additional data plate information on conspicous area of the machine. Wash temperature 140F at time of inspection. Repair dishwasher to reflect wash temperature of 150F per data plate on unit. Upon reinspection PIC Oscar stated dish machine maintenance company has several parts on order to make extensive repairs to dishwasher. Establishment has discontinued using dish machine on second floor and has alternative means in place on lower level to properly santize equipment in a high temperature unit and three compartment sink.
