-
Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Provide separation between the hand washing sink and the pizza prep unit to reduce risk of contamination from splash of water or soap when food service employees are washing hands and top of 3 door unit is open. Install plexiglass or sheet metal separator at right side of sink.
-
Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: Repair floor tiles which are cracked or broken to provide clean durable non-porous surface. Comment: Diamond plate piece of sheet metal may provide more protection to tiles where dollies and 2 wheelers are causing breakage at entrance to walk in.
