    Inspector note: Cooked steak in single door deli cooler with an elevated temperature of 57F. PIC stated that the steak had been cooling prior and then placed into the deli cooler. Discontinue and ensure proper cooling methods are in place before placing them into the deli cooler for serivce. PIC removed steak with the elevated temperature and placed them into the walk-in freezer to continue the cooling process.
