Inspector note: 3 Door upright freezer does not appear to be operating properly. All frozen foods inside of the unit at the time of the inspection were removed and placed into an additional freezer. Other foods insided of the unit that were completely defrosted were removed and voluntarily disposed of at the time of teh visit. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain foods in a solid state.
