  Inspector note: Truck was at the july 4th esplanade event circuit breakers on the truck were tripping when the hood system was turned on. PIC stating that its possibly the extra hot holding equipment brought to the event thats causing the issue. PIC was instructed to disconnect the extra equipment and move item into the on site electric hot box identify the issue and repair as needed.
