  Inspector note: Observed a hole in the wall downstairs in the basement. Photos taken. Repair wall ensure that is closed up and that you are not able to see through to the buisness next store. This will help prevent rodent activity. 8/14/24- Plumbing repairs in the basement were repaired today. PIC stated that the wall in the basement will be repaired by the end of the month. Email the schedule date when the wall will be repaired.

  Inspector note: Observed stagnant water on the ground underneath the prep sink. Prep sink air gap is not working properly and the water is leaking onto the floor. Repair plumbing and provide an invoice from a licensed plumber on letter head. 7/29/24- PIC stated that the plumber will be out today to repair the prep sink. 7/31/24- The prep sink is still not properly air gaped. PIC was not able to provide an invoice from a licensed plumber at the time of the inspection. Provide invoice on company letter head from a licensed plumber. 7/31/24- New violation. Observed a pipe leaking in the basement. Observed stagnant water in the basement. Remove water from the floor and contact a licensed plumber to repair leaking pipe. Provide an invoice from a licensed plumber on compay letter head.
