Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)

Inspector note: When doing the re-inspection found hand sink by the hot line to be blocked with a trash barrel and sanitizer bucket. I understand the location is small but hand sinks need to be accessible at all times and staff needs to wash hand often. Please review. This was corrected at this time.

Inspector note: Location did not have a prep sink. PIC will need to have a plumber come in and see if a prep sink can be installed. Please provide a report from the plumber of his findings. Also until that is take care of please provide a SOP on how you wash the vegetable now. Please provide that to me by email asap. 7-12-24 Spoke to PIC on the phone he has a plumber coming next week to address both violations. Please provide me with the reports from him when you get them.

Inspector note: PIC has called hood cleaning company to have hood cleaned it expires on July 3rd. Please provide me with date by email when it will be cleaned. 7-12-24 PIC did call the hood company and was told it will be done next week. Please provide me with a date that it will be done if not done at re-inspection.

Inspector note: PIC will need to have a plumber come in and take a look for a spot to install and mop sink. The mop sink will need to be installed. Please provide report from plumber . 7-12-24 Spoke to PIC on the phone he stated that the plumber is coming the up coming week. Please let me know if he comes before our next re-inspection. You can email me his paperwork.
