Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)

Inspector note: Some of the hood filters on cooking line will need to be replaced. Large gaps. Also the hood was just cleaned in Jan 2025 but the hood cleaning company did not punch a hole when it is due to be cleaned again. Please have them come back out and replace the sticker. 1-14-25 PIC will need to call the hood cleaning company and have them come back out with a new sticker with the expired date stamped. Please send me a picture of the new sticker when they come out to avoid me sending this to the BFD.
