Management to provide a detiled IPM report. At the time of the inspection staff as well as management were removing all adulterated foods and cleaning all shleves.

PIC Performing DutiescriticalInspector note: Management not properly overseeing staff in the proper cleaning and sanitizing of shleves with evidence of rodent droppings and proper rodent control within the building. Pest control reports were up to date and present at the time of the inspection but recommendations not being followed as specified by the pest control report. Management to provide a copy of a detailed IPM report and provide it at the administrative hearing scheduled for 6/5/15 at 9 am.
