Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Evidence of rodent droppings around the dishwasher. Pest control comes each week. PIC has reports. Pest control is here now doing an inspection and stated that he has not seen any roaches and is working on the mice. PIC stated that Dec 25th he will be closeing the restaurant to remove booths and the rug to help with any location for mice to hide.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: The PIC has an expired hood sticker on the hoods and he was told it should be cleaned twice a year. The sticker stated expired Aug 2023. Please call BFD and ask hoe many times a year your hood sould be cleaned with a 6 burner stove two deep fry and a grill top.
