  Inspector note: PIC has pest control doing inspects every two weeks. He will need to email or get me copies to review. I found droppings on top of the dishwasher stairs to the basement and along the walls in the basement. PIC will need to do a deep cleaning. Clean all areas and have pest control come out and be sure to read the report and address any repairs needed to help with the issue. Also in the warewashing area found fruit flies. Please address with pest control 10-24-24 PIC has pest control inspecting every two weeks. Please stay on top of the cleaning as noted in the pest control report. 11-12-24 The last report stated that one mouse was in a trap and some old dropping found. Please contimue to monitor traps and clean each day.
