Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: PIC stated that pest control did an inspection today. No report left at location. PIC will need to do a deep cleaning andalso address cracks in the foundation pipes not completely filled holes in the ceilings in the basement. Please address and have pest control come out a few days a week after the deep cleaning and have all reports on hand. Please also email them to our office to review. 1-29-25 At this time PIC provide emailed to me with the last pest control report. Reports stated that no activity. PIC will need to get more pest control visits on top of the one that the owner of the build is doing. Daily cleaning and repairs list on pest control reports will need to be addressed. 2-12-25 PIC stated that pest control is coming twice a weeks. Basement has been claned up and repainted. PIC is checking each day between inspections for issues. Please send me the next two inspection before re-inspection

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to do a deep cleaing of the basement along all the walls (under and behind equipment) Stairs to the basement. Along all the walls in the warewashing and kitchen areas. 1-29-25 PIC will need to clean the areas along the floor as discussed during our re-inspection.
