Chicken of the woods mushrooms have been voluntarily denatured and discarded in my presence. PIC states implicated chicken mushrooms were "foraged". Foraged mushrooms are not allowed to be used in a retail food establishment per: This establishment has not been approved to serve wild picked mushrooms and will discontinue doing so.
