Sanitizers Criteria-Chemicals (P)criticalInspector note: At the three compartment sink using an auto-mixer quats tested at over 500ppm using the location's and the health inspector's testing devices. The person in charge was able to correct on site by adding water to the solution and retesting so that the quats solution was 200ppm and placed a work order to have the auto-mixer repaired. Sanitizer solution should be at recommended ppm by manafacturer.

Handwashing Sinks Installation (Pf)Inspector note: The handwashing sink at the food prep line could not supply hot water only reached 70F after multiple minutes of running; the person in charge states that the handwashing sink had been not working properly for a few weeks and a plumber is expected on site tonight to fix the plumbing issues. Hot water should be at or above 100F at handwashing sinks. There is hot water on premise water at the handwashing sink in the restroom and at the three compartment sink in the basement were at or above 100F.

System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: The handwashing sink at the food prep area to the left of the refrigerator is not working at all with no water coming out of the faucet; there is a handwashing sink directly on the other side of the refrigerator that staff can use to wash hands. Repair or replace the handwashing sink so that it functions properly.

Repairing-Premises Structures Attachments and Fixtures-Methods (C)Inspector note: At the exterior of the building behind the grease traps observed a gap between the brickwork and the ground that may allow for pest entry; speak with the landlord to repair the gap in the bricks.
