Inspector note: PIC stating that a low temp dish machine will be installed unit has not been delivered at the time of this re-inspection. PIC also to purchase a salad bar unit with sneeze guards to utilize for self service. Self service is not approved at this time. These items were discussed at the ISD office on 12.19.23. PIC instructed to forward specification sheets along with SOP's to the Health department for review An extension has been provided for the instalation and re-inspection.
