Discontinue and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F. All foods not at the appropriate temperature to be removed and placed back under proper refrigeration to enusure no bacterial growth.

All foods to be removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a refrigeration unit that is operating below 41F.
