    Inspector note: Ceiling tiles are heavily damaged from water leaks especially in the employee bathroom. Repair or replace ceiling tiles. The hood vent cleaning company is not using the correct stickers and the sticker has an incorrect date for when it was cleaned. (The hood sticker says it was cleaned on 4/30/2010 but the date today is 4/27/2010). Verify that the company is approved by the fire department and provide a new sticker. www.cityofboston.gov/fire
