Inspector note: Observed a good amount of food debris in the floor drain in the warewash area. Remove grate and clean drains. Observed a good amount of dust on all of the hood vents. The hood stickers all state that the hoods were inspected at the end of September. Recommend reaching out to the licensed company to better understand why there is an excessive amount of dust accumulating on the hood vents. Observed grease build up on the hood vent located in the wok room. Degrease to remove grease build up.
