    Inspector note: Observed no hot water at employee restrooms in rear hallway. When sensor is activated, water temperature resting @ 71.2F in the women's restroom and 71.1F in the men's restroom. Must provide hot water temperature of at minimum 85F for proper hand washing. Observed no paper towels at front prep hand sink. Observed empty hand soap bottle, and inoperable hand soap dispenser bag resting on faucet of sink. Must provide functioning hot and cold water, soap and paper towels (or other means of sanitary drying device) at all hand sinks at all times. Operator provided paper towels during inspection. Critical violation 7-38-030.
