INSTRUCTED TO MAKE DOORS TIGHT FITTED, REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND CLEAN/SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 CITATION #70226-10 ISSUED.
