The kitchen staff is cooking and preparing meats and stuffed meat items and the certified manager did not arrive in the restaurant until 45 minutes had passed.

Per report # 277095 dated July 6, 2010 the following violations were found again and include, The interior panels and sender arm of the 1st floor ice machine have an slimey unsanitary buildup which needs to be removed from the machine or the unsanitary parts replaced to reduce possible contamination.
