Inspector note: Over 25 small flies were found in the bar area and dirty dish area at this time. The east emergency exit has a 1/4 inch gap at the bottom door. Remove all evidence of pest activity and clean up all areas of possible harborage and repair the pest strip on the bottom of the door. All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments.
