    Inspector note: Observed food handler, handling dirty and clean dishes at three-compartment sink, then dried hands and returned to grill prep area, puts on single use gloves, then prepare foods, turkey cheeseburgers, etc., without washing hands between tasks. Also, noted food handler enter rear prep area, after handling credit card/cash transaction at front register area, then put on single use gloves and began preparing raw beef patties, in rear prep area without properly washing hands. Informed manager that food handlers must wash hands properly between tasks. Managing corrected violation during inspection. Critical violation #7-38-010 (A)
