    Inspector note: Found no soap on both exposed hand sink at the time of inspection. Establishment was serving foods already and customers were eating in dining area. Instructed manager that all hand washing facilities must be provided with soap and paper towel. Citation issued critical. Manager provided soap on both exposed hand sink after I finished the inspection.

    Inspector note: No label on all bulk containers with flour,salt, rice and all spices. Must provide label. All food containers that is not the original container inside the walk in cooler and reach in cooler must have a label and dated.

Must install a splashguard between the exposed hand sink and serving table in the serving area. Must remove rust and peeling paint on the wire racks shelvings of the walk in cooler.
