ROACHES WERE OBSERVED CRAWLING ON WALLS ABOVE THE DISH MACHINE, ALSO ROACHES ON THE BOTTOM OF DISH MACHINE UNDER THE MOTOR OF UNIT. OBSERVED ROACHES UNDER THE RADIO ON TOP OF THE HOT WATER TANK WHICH IS LOCATED PREP/STORAGE AREA, UNDER THE ICE MACHINE. ALSO OBSERVED ROACH GOING IN AND OUT OF THE BOXES OF POTATOES WHICH WERE STORED ON TOP OF PREP TABLES. LIVE ROACHES ON FLOOR UNDER BULK INGREDIANT BINS. ROACH ON DOORWAY WALL BETWEEN FRONT SERVING AND PREP AREAS AND ROACH ON CEILING ABOVE WALK-IN COOLER. OVER 20 ROACHES. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL SMOOTHLY ALL CRACKS AND CREVICES THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES. ELIMINATE THE ROACHES AND WASH AND SANITIZE ALL SURFACES/EQUIPMENT. CRITICAL VIOLATION: 7-38-020.
