THE MOP SINK HAS A HOSE ATTACHED WITHOUT ANY BACK FLOW PREVENTION, HAVE A PLUMBER INSTALL A BACK FLOW PREVENTION DEVICE TO CODE. THE DISH MACHINE IS NOT DRAINING AND WATER RAN ALL OVER THE FLOOR DURING THE INSPECTION, ECOLAB CAME OUT AND A PART NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. REPAIR ALL PLUMBING TO CODE AND CHECK FOR PLUMBING DRAIN PROBLEMS THAT MAY BE CAUSING THE SEWER GAS SMELL IN THE RESTAURANT.
