INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL. 6-201.11 OBSERVED A HOLE IN THE WALL NEAR THE GREASE TRAP LOCATED AT BOOTH SECTION #213 AND A BROKEN WALL LEADING TO THE DISH ROOM LOCATED AT BOOTH SECTION #122 (BRONZEVILLE BBQ). INSTRUCTED TO MAKE SURFACES ALL SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE AND MAINTAIN.
