    Inspector note: Upon arrival for inspection, witnessed employees using exposed handsink to dump liquids, observed dark stains in sink due to coffee being emptied in handsink (as stated by manager) and found a tea strainer in the handsink. Instructed facility that handsinks are to be maintained at all times with hot and cold running water, soap, paper towels, and accessible. Facility corrected and removed strainer from sink. Critical violation 7-38-030.
